Liverpool To Edinburgh

Tryst's production of After Liverpool has swept the boards at the Eastern Divisional Final as a finely orchestrated ensemble performance of James Saunders' sexual comedy secured the Outlook Tower Trophy for the club.

Director Alan Clark scooped the John Duncan Quaich for highest marks in production, while the stage presentation earned the club the Say Trophy.

Adjudicator Russell Boyce was especially impressed with the choice of music used throughout the piece, with the soundtrack closely following the journey of the relationships on stage, and awarded this the Jimmy Brown Trophy for best moment in theatre.

Tryst 'C' will now move on to the Scottish Final at the Church Hill Theatre in Edinburgh on April 23rd to 25th. - Tryst Theatre is a registered Scottish charity, No SC003303
